I roasted the grapes in the oven together with garlic, rosemary and olive oil, in the same way as I usually do with tomatoes.

The baked grapes turned out really good, and was the perfect topping for a salad. I think it could also be really good for a cheese platter or on a toast.

When baking the grapes you bring out all the sweetness of the grapes, and it is was a really good companion to the goat cheese.

I actually tried to do this because we couldn’t manage to eat all the fresh grapes and I wanted to conserved them, so I simply prepared them in the same way as I do with the tomatoes.
