Salad with roasted grapes, goat cheese, fennel dill and walnuts. I roasted the grapes in the oven together with garlic, rosemary and olive oil, in the same way as I usually do with tomatoes.
fig season!
Our fig tree really loves this Mediterranean-like weather we have at the moment. There are lots of fruits and I find them sweeter and tastier than previous years. Tonight we had a salad with grilled figs, prosciutto crudo, walnuts and grilled bread with chèvre.

Another lovely tomato salad with tomatoes from the balcony. Today I mixed fresh and quickly pickled tomatoes with cucumber, Spanish chervil, nasturtiums and thinly sliced jalapeño. Then a cold tomato broth on top of everything.
