thinly sliced zucchini with labneh balls

I often harvest the zucchini while it’s still quite small. Here it’s thinly sliced to be eaten raw. It’s dressed with some freshly squeezed lemon and olive oil, then served with labneh balls rolled in chives, chili and paprika powder, chopped roasted walnuts and marigold petals. So fresh and delicious!
