tomato salad with a cold tomato broth

Another lovely tomato salad with tomatoes from the balcony.

Today I used both fresh and quickly pickled tomatoes with cucumber, Spanish chervil, nasturtiums and thinly sliced jalapeño. Then a cold tomato broth on top of everything.

The dish was a free interpretation of this recipe by Sebastian Gibrand.

Served with a piece of meat and a glass of Susucaru, a light red natural wine from Sicily 🍷
