Grilled aubergine topped with labneh balls, Za'atar, olive oil and small grapes from the garden.

Amazingly delicious! I can now confirm that homegrown aubergine tastes much more than the ones from the supermarket.

Today’s harvest.

Super proud to have harvested my first homegrown aubergine. The variety is called Elisa and she seems happy about the warm weather and both of my two plants have several fruits on the way!
