I love edible flowers!

For salads, soups, well all kinds of food, to add both flavour and some eye candy.

Now it’s the perfect time to save the last pansies of the year, and together with the beautiful and fragrant elderflowers they make the perfect combination for my flower ice cubes! These ice cubes will be beautiful in a summer cocktail or why not save them to the winter when the memory of summer flowers start to fade.

I used the following flowers and herbs
