Sunday, maybe the best day of the week? Everything moves a bit slower and today has been extra slow with sourdough baking and some gardening. Just like it should be.

I baked a sourdough focaccia following this recipe by Diadonna. And served it with feta cheese and tomatoes baked with garlic, cappers and olive oil.
