the last tomatoes of the year

Red, black, yellow or green, all tomatoes were harvested from my balcony.

It’s been a warm and sunny autumn in Sweden this year, but now it’s time to harvest all the tomatoes. The ones that aren’t mature are kept to mature on a plate indoors.

But most of the tomatoes were used to make this lovely Caprese salad with Burrata. Maybe one of my favourite salads.
