Cauliflower soup with dill flavoured brown butter
now it’s cabbage season and i found this beautiful, locally grown cauliflower.
I used it as a base for a creamy soup topped with dill flavoured brown butter. The soup is smooth and fluffy and the butter adds depth and a nutty touch.
I served it with my homemade flatbread, that we baked this summer in a traditional wood fired oven. For me, it’s the taste of childhood.
